Raag Desh is another period drama which will be released this year. The movie has Kunal Kapoor, Amit Sadh and Mohit Marwah in the leading roles. The story will depict the Indian national army setup by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and the Irrawaddy war to liberate India. The British took support from the soldiers of the INA renegades and the Japanese stooges. Post this, a trial was held at the Redfort in Delhi that was called the Red fort trials of 1945. Raag Desh is the picturization of these pre-independence times.

Will the movie live up to the standards of a good freedom-fighter based movie, only time will tell.
