‘Paapi’ is a movie which has been made with a lot of efforts but the hard work goes waste! The director was clear about one thing and that was the division of the movie and giving everyone an equal chance! The first half belongs to Aarya and the second to Prosenjit. So, his Aditya Chowdhury hogs the limelight with his honeymoon escapades, involving elaborate lip locks and some steamy lovemaking sequences. Strangely, when you try to match the lips to the dialogues, it seems like the characters are speaking in some other language and the Bengali dialogues look totally out of place. Prosenjit, however, looks dapper with his beard and cool casuals. What the director tried to convey is actually not justified by the performers!
