‘Mohenjo Daro’ is a spectacle that should not be missed. It is very rare that you get a glimpse of the past so perfectly in a film. Like most Ashutosh Gowariker films, it is a perfect mix of love, drama and action. And for all history enthusiasts, it is a treat. Hrithik is brilliant as a peasant with a secret. He perfectly balances the genuineness and the mystery in his character. Pooja has made an impressive debut. The music is a seamless part of the film and the sheer detail that has been considered to depict the time period perfectly is applaudable. The only problem with the film is the editing. It is a tad too long and few scenes could have easily been left out. Gowariker and Hrithik do not disappoint in their second collaboration. We would suggest you to go and be a part of this epic historical journey.
