Aditya (Adhyayan Suman) is a heart patient who does not value his life until he falls in love with Rhea (Ariana Ayam). His widowed mother Gayatri Singh (Deepti Naval) is unable to convince her son for a heart transplant. Despite his mother disapproval over his relationship, Aditya gets married to Rhea and decides to get a heart transplant under the guidance of Dr. Sameer (Shekhar Suman) who is also his dear friend. However, Gayatri opposes this and requests her son to get a treatment from Dr. Trehan. But Aditya refuses to accept this decision and goes ahead with his surgery, being performed by Dr. Sameer. While Aditya is given anesthesia prior to the operation, he slips into anesthesia awareness where his mind and soul are on working condition but he cannot see, speak or move his body. During this medical condition, Aditya comes across some shocking revelations about his wife and Dr. Sameer.
