Bholi Punjaban (Richa Chadha) manages to come out of jail with the help of minister Babulal’s (Rajiv Gupta) intervention. But, in return, Babulal asks for 10crores of rupees in 10 days. Since Bholi has to settle scores with the four Fukreys i.e Hunny (Pulkit Samrat), Choocha (Varun Sharma), Lali (Manjot Singh) and Zaffer (Ali Fazal), she contacts them forthwith and asks them to think up a scheme to amass the Rs. 10 crores required. Pandit (Pankaj Tripathi), the security guard of the college, is also now with the Fukreys.
Together with Bholi, the Fukreys cook up a seemingly faultless plan to win money through betting, but before winning the bets by decoding Choocha’s dream and converting it into a lucky number, the Fukreys borrow money from the common men, promising them double their money. The game is that the money borrowed from the public would be used to lay bets, and the betting windfall would be shared between them all after paying off the public’s money with cent percent interest as promised, and after paying the money which had been demanded by the minister from Bholi while arranging her release from jail. However, the plan goes wrong when the lucky number is changed by minister Babulal (who runs the gambling business) as soon as he gets to know about the Fukreys who are on the verge of winning Rs. 80 Crore from his gambling business. The members of the public are angry at the Fukreys for their inability to keep their word of doubling their money.
The boys jump into the Yamuna to save themselves from the police and saved from drowning by a man who collects coins from the riverbed. With the help of the same man, they get in touch with Panditji again. They then find out that Choocha has received another supernatural power, to see the immediate future. Choocha has a vision of a treasure. The treasure also comes with a tiger, and the five hear a loud roar indicating the presence of a tiger.
They reach the zoo, close to which they had been hiding, and are then caught by Bholi’s bodyguards, who were there to steal the tiger cub.
Bholi is livid and now threatens to take out organs from the bodies of the Fukreys so that she could sell them in the illegal market and pay off minister Babulal. But she refrains from doing so when she is convinced that Choocha gets visions which enable him to see what others can’t see. Bholi now gives the Fukreys one more chance to amass wealth for her.
Hunny convinces Bholi to pay back their debt to the public, so that they can commence the search for the said treasure. Babulal finds out that the boys are with Bholi, and asks her to send them to him. The Fukreys meet Babulal at the Roseate, and he convinces them that he would return all their money with no ulterior motive.
Panditji reveals to Bholi that the minister owns the lottery and she sends him to warn the boys about it. The group then realizes that the minister just wants to create a good image at their cost. They hatch a scheme and as soon as the minister returns the money to the public, the police raid all his illegal businesses and close them down.
The minister figures it out, and threatens Bholi. Bholi finally tells him the truth about the treasure, and the minister agrees to let her go for a share of the treasure. Choocha has a premonition that Lali is holding the tiger cub and that is how they reach the treasure. They ask Bholi to return the cub to the zoo, and find the tunnel that the tigress had dug the night before. They finally reach an old godown, and find branded and new things in copious amounts. Bholi calls Babulal, who is furious on hearing the location as it was all of the stuff that he had hidden in this old godown. Turns out, Bholi had already informed the current chief minister who as an honest man, and gets Babulal arrested as he confesses all of his crimes.
While everyone is leaving, Hunny suggests to the chief minister, that they could sell all of these appliances and commodities to the general public at minimal cost, and do a good dee. The minister agrees. Bholi is leaving with the minister when, Choocha proposes his whole marriage plan to her. She gets out of the car and while everyone expects a slap, she kisses Choocha and tells him to wait till she is 18.
